One of the best way to shed negative energy, run!
Early grind – just run. As what I did this early, early morning.
Odd and deadline projects, challenging clients to face everyday as a Tech Consultant.
Do I panic? I stop for a while and do some activities – from home cook, travel to trek and last one I do run not only jog.
As a rural dweller, there are lot of tracking roads I can run.
Last year, we joined the Gatorade Run. I find myself revive the feeling of being free and felt the air rushing up to my face to think. Best part, I was oriented on proper hydration to keep me going.
It was 11k and for this year, I’m targeting 22k.
Am I stressing myself? Pushing is the right word for health reasons. Because I know when I set a goal, would make it a purpose to be fit again.
Sometimes running taught me what I’m capable more than I can imagine.
After that, I can think clearly and reflect, ready to face all undertakings with lot of enthusiasm.
That’s positivity if one is hooked up into fitness like running.
I’m inviting everyone to join us for the Gatorade Run on its second year.
It will be held on November 27, 2016 at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. The run will have two distances—11K and 22K in partnership with Runrio,
I enjoyed last year’s run. When you see runners around joining, this fitness activity become fun.

As far as 6,000 participant registered which also featured hydration stations like:
- Pre-race hydration drinks
- Post-run hydration test area where runners instantly learned about their hydration status
- Warm-up area where free sessions were available for those who wanted a full-on warm up activity before and after the run.
This year’s run promises to be more exciting, while still focusing on the importance of pre- and post-run hydration.
