How about a Fun Run w/ Super Heroes costume at the same time doing it with a cause. Join us this Feb 25 at SM MOA.
After I got injured last year and cannot do the usual fitness regimen, I’m stuck up. But then I have to put again myself slowly to yoga, running and swimming. Not too pushy yet getting it fun at the same time. Again, just to get back.
When an invite came in for the launching of TV5 Superheroes Run, I know fun run like this can move me to fitness. This would be February 25 at the SM MOA Grounds, Block 16.
What more, portion of the proceeds from the fun run will be donated to the Alagang Kapatid Foundation (AKFI) – its a fun run with a cause.
For each race kit, there is a little surprise for the participants as we tried wearing it – me as Arrow while hubby as Flash.
Based on the runners’ distance they choose, one will get Supergirl cape or Flash / Arrow head gears. Those who choose 200M will get goodie bags.

Definitely will be joining together with fellow The Roadtippers. It’s also some sort of reunion to all of us. Again, hope to see you also.

- Arrow which airs every Monday at 7:30pm
- The Flash, Mondays 8:30pm
- Supergirl every Tuesday starting March 21, 7:30pm.
