#FreeInMySkin w/ Freedom List Challenge

It is not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself and to make your happiness a priority, its necessary. – Mandy Hale

There were people that is good in taking care of others but not so much of looking themselves – making people happy around would be their priority. If this is the case, never settle to anything less than what a person deserve, its still self-respect to take care the inner and outer you.

Especially in taking care of skin, the “outer  us”.  It was studied that dry and sensitive skin affects 60-70% of Filipino women, and impacts on their quality of life as they are unable to fully embrace living life to the fullest.

I remembered my daughters to teach them how to re-hydrate their skin from morning to evening that somehow boost their confidence of looking good now that they are in their teenage years.

With this aim in mind, I was glad to attend Physiogel’s #FreeInMySkin Movement that begin with self discovery – to guide women to be more aware of themselves so they can uncover their full potential.

This journey to self discovery starts with taking the Freedom List Challenge, Physiogel’s suggested guide in the form of a lifestyle online quiz that is a representation of what women can achieve when freed from dry and sensitive skin.

#FreeInMySkin w/ Physiogel Freedom List ChallengeHave took the exam with this link – https://ph.freeinmyskin.com/. The Freedom List Challenge starts with a 5-question quiz:

    2. Your potential is limitless, so what’s your dream job?
    3. How do you like to show off your beautiful, strong sensitive skin?
    4. Everybody has a dream “to do” list. What tops yours?
