The aim is collectively losing One Million pounds.
Eversince the program was conceptualized, I’m supporter of Fit Filipino (FitFil) Movement.
With this year’s program headed by fitness coaches Jim and Toni Saret, the aim is collectively losing One Million pounds during the campaign period of June 6 to December 5, 2017.
Together with FWD Philippines, proudlly join the said Movement’s National Weight Loss Challenge. Held at SM Mall of Asia, SM by the Bay last June 24, Live to Move Health and Wellness program created a fun and energetic fitness party.
With other medical organizations led by the Philippines Medical Association (PMA), the country’s umbrella organization for medical practitioners, as well as Philippines Heart Association, Food & Nutrition Research Institute (FNRI), The Philippines National Police (PNP), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), various universities, local government units (LGUs) fitness clubs, and numerous corporations have likewise pledged their support to the challenge.
The workout program is centered to a 4-minute metabolic fitness routine. I tried it. It’s just that the laziness in me getting that couch potato syndrome lingers at the start of the day.
Hopefully, I can go back again into fitness and contribute to that 1M pounds lost.
